Payment methods include cash/cheque, credit card or direct transfer.

PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE

Leapfrog Therapy Services is a recognized occupational therapy provider. Parents may re-claim their fees subject to their private health insurance provider.

We recommend you contact your insurance company as conditions and limits do vary.

TAC (TRANSPORT ACCIDENT COMMISSION)

Contact your TAC case manager if you are eligible and wish to obtain occupational therapy services through Leapfrog Therapy Services.

MEDICARE

Medicare will contribute to 5 allied health sessions per year through implementation of an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plan. Requirements include:

your child has a complex or chronic medical need AND
the allied health requirement is written into a care plan by your GP.

If your child is diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder, you may be eligible for rebates on up to 12 sessions per year through implementation of the Mental Health Scheme: Focused Psychological Strategies.

If eligible, it is advised that these plans be in place before commencing therapy. Please discuss this directly with your G.P.
